​The Bio-Kinetics ReSET process is an easy to learn program that is taught in a unique and supportive way to ensure that you get the most out of it. Specially trained ‘Bio-Kinetics ReSET coaches’ initially meet with you and go over a few details you need to know in order to begin using this process. Then you go through a home study program at your own pace consisting of a DVD and workbook. This program teaches you the entire process, everything you need to know to clear your own physical reactive stress, emotional reactive stress, chemical reactive stress and electromagnetic reactive stress.

After you have finished the home-study program, you have a follow-up session with your coach to answer any questions you may have and to make sure you understand the process and can use it effectively for maximum results. Then your Bio-Kinetics Re.S.E.T. coach is always available for future questions, guidance and support.
